1. About this prototype
Bobby Car Wash is currently a user-interface prototype. No accounts, payments, contracts or live listings exist. This document is placeholder copy and is not legal advice or an enforceable agreement.
2. Using the directory
Visitors may browse listings, search, filter and view studio profiles. Automated scraping, bulk extraction of listing content and attempts to circumvent access controls are not permitted.
3. Listings and content
Car wash owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business details, services, price indications and opening hours. The platform may review, request changes to, unpublish or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading or outside the hand wash and detailing scope.
4. Paid plans and placement
Listed and Trending are subscription plans. Boost is an optional country-level placement. Paid plans and Boost affect visibility only. They never affect ratings, review content or moderation outcomes, and every paid position is labelled.
5. Ratings and reviews
Where available, aggregate ratings are shown as third-party summary figures. Ratings cannot be purchased, edited or removed by owners or by the platform on request.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not own, impersonate a business you do not operate, publish third-party trademarks without permission, or submit unlawful, offensive or misleading material.
7. Liability
The directory is provided as-is during this phase. The platform is not a party to any transaction between a visitor and a car wash business.
8. Changes
These placeholder terms may be replaced entirely before any production launch.
